Yesterday, I went to bed at 12:00 am in the midnight. In the morning I had decided that I will be waking up at 4:00 am and its 7:04 am now, I had alarm also set for the 4:00 am. Today this morning when I wake up, my alarm was broken into pieces and the battery was out of the alarm piece. HOW DEEP MY SLEEP IS ? I wonder you deep my sleep is. Yesterday I enquired about sleep patterns also and came to know how to reduce your sleep drastically with the book "How to hack your brain ?" The book says that if you need to hack your brain you need to skip all the unnecessary stages in the the sleep, there is only one stage necessary in the sleep and that is REM. You can then take short naps in 24 hours period to complete this REM and not doing anything. This method was supposed to increase your creativity drastically and I have found that all great men of the past century had this sleep from Nicolas Tesla to Lenardo da Vinci, all follow this polyphasic sleep pattern.
To clearing of my JEE 2011 there are some problems always, following are my problems regarding this :
- I am too talkative that changes my mood of studying whenever I become crazy about talks and I enjoy a lot with my friends.
- I sleep too deep, so I need to control my sleep and practice the polyphasic sleep pattern.
- I do facebook a lot so I need to leave it.
The first thing that is talktiveness can be reduced if I maintain my talk sense in a good way and don't be influenced by the world.
The second thing about sleep is difficult to control, but I here by believe that I can control my sleep drastically and will be doing a good job in 2-3 days.
The third thing is left from NOW and even now if I do facebook is only and only for very very very important work. Don't even open the facebook in your free time (oooh , I don't have that free time also).
